Welcome to LetzAsk! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the LetzAsk platform, including our website at https://www.letzask.com and any related services, scripts, or software provided by LetzAsk (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview of LetzAsk

LetzAsk is a no-code feedback widget platform that enables website owners to collect contextual, real-time user feedback through lightweight JavaScript popups. Users can install a single embed script and manage questions, triggers, and appearance via a visual dashboard.

2. Ownership and License

• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the LetzAsk script and dashboard on your registered websites.
• You retain full ownership of the feedback data collected through your instance of LetzAsk.
• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or offer LetzAsk as a service to third parties without written permission.
• LetzAsk retains all rights to the platform's software and intellectual property.

3. Payments and Refunds

• LetzAsk operates on a one-time payment model with no recurring subscriptions.
• You gain lifetime access to the features included at the time of purchase.
• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if usage limits are not exceeded. Contact support@letzask.com.

4. Privacy and Data Collection

• LetzAsk does not collect personal information from your website visitors.
• UUIDs are used to anonymously track responses and stored in the browser's localStorage.
• No cookies or third-party trackers are used.

5. User Accounts

You must sign up using a valid email. Keep your login credentials and public key secure. You are responsible for managing access to your LetzAsk dashboard and domains.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse LetzAsk, including collecting sensitive data, interfering with operations, or attempting to copy or exploit the service.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime through Vercel-hosted deployments but cannot guarantee 100% availability. We are not liable for data loss or service interruptions.

8. Modifications to the Service

We may update LetzAsk features or design at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notifications.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, regardless of conflict of laws principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.
